I love anything Teriyaki so I gave it a try!
I cooked almost 5 lbs. of Boneless Chicken Breasts & this made plenty of sauce!
I started my crockpot on High for the first 2 hours since I decided to try this recipe at 11 am on the day that we were having dinner guests...
After 2 hours I rearranged the chicken breasts & lowered the crock pot to low.
I followed the recipe exactly with the exception that I used 2 T of Chopped Garlic & I also added 2 T of Teriyaki Sauce that I had on hand.
I also seasoned with Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper.
I'm on the fence on this recipe... It was very tasty however next time I think I will cook the chicken breasts in the oven instead of the crockpot.
Loved the marinade but not the final look if that makes sense...
Oven for sure next time!
